Fuyang Normal University (FYNU) stands proudly in the historic and culturally rich city of Fuyang. 1. Educational Qualification
Holding a bachelor’s degree or above in pedagogy, linguistics, or education-related majors (academic certificate required)
Native English speaker with C1 or above English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL score reports preferred)
2. Teaching Experience
At least two years of experience in teaching English, with priority given to those with work experience in international schools or overseas institutions
Candidates with TESOL/TEFL international teacher qualification certificates may be considered even if they are recent graduates.

1. Salary System
Bachelor’s Degree: RMB 12,000/month (pre-tax)
Master’s Degree: RMB 13,000/month (pre-tax)
PhD Degree: RMB 15,000/month (pre-tax)

V. Job Responsibilities
Undertaking 18 teaching hours per week (including 2 hours of cross-cultural teaching and research activities)
Conducting one themed cultural lecture per academic year
Participating in teaching and research meetings and cultural exchange activities organized by the university
